Exercises featured: - Incline DB Press - 50kg - Superset - Incline DB Unilateral Press - 50kg Great for further isolation of the pectorals. Its also good to incorporate if one pectoral is weak. Always do your normal set 1st then add 2 or 3sets of unilateral movement to strengthen or develop the weak pectoral. This can be done with other muscle groups as well. - Cable Under Flys - Great for striations and muscle separation of the pecs.
