Democratic Reform: Recall, Referenda and Reform including, decentralization, term limits and eliminating donations from businesses. Create a Regional service provider to find efficiencies. Resist a governance debate unless it is centred around abolishing the Regional Governance model. Investing in Infrastructure: Establishing daily GO Commuter Train Service to St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. Creating a stable, integrated Regional Transit system. Prepare the the massive infrastructure spending that is ahead of us for aging municipal infrastructure. Promoting and marketing our strengths. Quality of life is one of our greatest assets and needs to be promoted inside and especially outside the Region. Undervalued and affordable real estate prices will not continue and is a great chance to see an impressive return on investment. Promote local culture and live music. We are becoming the capital of successful festivals and events. The negative scripts coming out of our community are nothing but destructive. Who I am and why Im running. I am born and raised North-end St. Catharines resident and a local small businessman (Realtor and hempfood business), radio personality and 8 time candidate for various public offices at municipal, provincial and federal levels. I have always been inspired to make a positive difference in my community and I have been active in many local boards and charities donating time, money and talents to make the places I live in better for all of us. Our quality of life in St. Catharines and Niagara has been kept one of our best kept secrets while the negative scripts have been promoted instead of focusing and promoting the great our great strengths and positive attributes.
