My Second Engagement: Take a walk with me, he said. I looked up at him with irritated eyes. I have a lot to do tonight. I am really busy. Everyone just left home, and the mess is picked up, the laundry is still going. I have homework for days and editing to do. Take a walk with me, he says again with patient eyes, his hand outstretched. I sigh out loudly. But the kids- Are safe, upstairs and playing. We arent going far. I look at him again. Hoping this will be fast. A stubborn smile pulls my lips up and with a groan I agree. Once outside the small cool breeze hits my face, and he takes me by my hand. Is something wrong? I ask as we enter the street. No, why? he ponders in return. We dont usually go for walks unless you want to talk things through. He takes a deep breath, spins me around the street. I start to loosen up, and laugh as we almost fall with my two right feet. To Be continued:.....
