My conclusion is prosecutorial misconduct. How else can you - TopicsExpress

My conclusion is prosecutorial misconduct. How else can you explain that 4,799 pages of so-called evidence did not contain anything that would make someone believe Darren Wilson might be guilty? The role of the grand jury is not to decide innocence or guilt. Its not to decide which evidence is true or false. Or which evidence should be examined (that ones the judges purview). Or which witnesses to believe or not believe. Their role is to decide if there is sufficient evidence that it is possible that someone is guilty. And there is absolutely no question that there was sufficient evidence. Darren Wilson has benefited from #PolicePrivilege and now we will never find out if hes guilty. Reading his statement, though, he really seems like a liar.
