My coworker Matt takes the cake for Best.resident.story ever. Here is the short version... New renter shows up at her move in appointment to find an electric stove in the kitchen not the gas stove the agent mistakenly told her would be there. (There where hook ups for both). She lost her ever loving mind, screaming at the move in specialist assigned to her home, and standing inches from her face. She then bolted out the front door, ran behind the move in specialists car and threw up....and now the story gets weird... She began yelling and carrying on outside, and proceeded to lay down behind the car, blocking our employees retreat. Next thing you know...she shits her pants. A GROWN WOMAN SHIT HER PANTS in the driveway of the home she was hoping to rent. After puking and laying down behind a car. Oh wait...theres more... She runs back into the house, soiled drawers and all and barricades herself in the master bathroom as police are called. After being asked repeatedly, and threatened with police involvement, poopy pants then exits the bathroom shaking her poop filled undies at the orientation specialist and leaves the house. Best part of the story...she called today asking if she could still move in after thinking about it over the weekend. My money is on NO WAY IN HELL...sometimes this job just makes me laugh
