My family and I just recently moved to Logan Lake and I wanted to share just how much we are loving it here! I grew up in Kamloops, and my husband has moved here from the USA; and although Kamloops is a great city, - the noise, population size, and lack of community is what prompted us to leave. I have slept straight through every single night since arriving here, due to the peace and serenity that surrounds us! Its amazing! I have a question for all you locals though....I prefer to buy local foods for my family and am hoping to find a farmer or such that I can buy and stock my freezer with meat for my family. I hate having to go to the grocery store every week, preferring to know I can just come home after work and cook immediately for my troop. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced person/place that I can look into for beef, pork, chicken please? Also, fresh farm eggs would be great too!
