My journey with recovery from breast cancer surgery continues. Today I went to see my surgeon, Dr. Perry for her to take a look at two incisions from March 28 that have not healed. She was shocked at how the incisions looked and said in all her years of performing surgery these look different from any she has ever seen. My body rejected the sutures and they never dissolved. She removed them. The internal radiation burned me on the outside. She is sending me to a wound care center on Friday to see if they can help. The fact I have type 2 diabetes hasnt helped either. I appreciate your prayers for continued healing. Im tired.
