My stay was as always excellent. The front desk staff always willing to help with any problem. But, I left a coat in the room & was told that they couldnt find it. I checked out & by the time I got to the airport I realized that I didnt have my coat. I immediately call & was told that nothing was turned in from housekeeping. I waited until the next day & called again to be told that nothing had turned up. I know I left it in the hotel because my sister drove me to the airport & she said she didnt find it in the car. Im very upset over the loss since it was a brand new coat that I just got on black Friday. It was a good deal from Macys. I was very happy with it. Now I dont know if I will ever find one like it. I am very disappointed since I have staid in that hotel various times before for the past 10 years.
