NIGERIAN leaders always have this believe that they are smarter ,a step ahead of the people. Time gone buy,when they steal the common wealth,they run to the banks outside the country to hide their loot. But the expose of the Abachas and others by these foreign banks have made them change strategy. They now create trusted business men who suddenly get very rich over night and use them as conduit pipe to move their stolen wealth on trust and use their political positions to protect,advance these business men. But thank God these business moguls are human and the expose will come one day also.
