NO SIR....THE MORAL FABRIC OF GUYANA IS NOT TORN APART.... IT HAS - TopicsExpress

NO SIR....THE MORAL FABRIC OF GUYANA IS NOT TORN APART.... IT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY SHREDDED AND THROWN INTO THE GARBAGE BINS... THE VALUE SYSTEM WHICH BINDS US AS A NATION IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT..... UNTIL WE RID OURSELVES OF THE PPP/C. The PPP/C regime which drives governance under the concept of paramountcy of the party has used the platform to spread its dysfunctional ideas. To begin with, the PPP/C has undermined the principle of oneness of the Guyanese people expressed as One People, One Nation, One Destiny which is embedded in the Constitution of Guyana. It is public knowledge that they advance ethnic voting as a political strategy and discrimination, corruption and other illegal mechanisms are used as their economic tactics. What is particularly reprehensible is their abuse and betrayal of the very Indian constituents who voted for them. They treat women with great contempt, then employ the Caste System under the guise of cultural affinity to stratify and augment their own selfish interests, while in India, the Caste System and discrimination is illegal, yet little Anil Nandlall, the Chief Law Officer is caught implicitly supplanting the Laws of Guyana with this insidious system. They opened Pandoras Box and lets lose the evils of drug trafficking, corruption and every unlawful deed that we all know they have committed. Then they report a thriving economy but it is being built on the platform of money laundering and Jet-full of dollars while the exchange rate is so awful that it does not matter if they increased Public Servants pay by 30% and give a $ 10,000 Education grant to every family, the people will still not be able to cope. All that money maneuver is an election bribe that insults Guyanese intelligence even as the people need every penny they can get. Those election bribes are like giving pacifiers to babies who quickly find out that the pacifiers only soothe them for a moment without dealing with their hunger...... pacifiers are not satisfiers. Guyana needs solid economic and social development policies that are sustainable over the long term that give the people a better quality of life.... not spasmodic election bribes. We dont want policies that sell us hope and give us hopeless, poverty and dependency a meaningless gifts and a raise in pay every time elections come around. The PPP/C policies drive poverty and a complete shredding of the Guyanese moral standards and with it.... our dignity, self-respect and international prestige. We must remove them and restore our country. stabroeknews/2014/features/12/04/moral-fabric-nation-torn-apart/
