THE ASSOCATED landlords would get a PLACE CARD for their lobby that would read, THIS LANDLORD has successfully passed a HUD, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Program with SPECIFIC training on Health Care under the Dept.s disability and Elderly Programs they have, AND with the American Disability Act. IN addition, with the growth of the Area, due to the Stargate Airport, non-housing people would know, that they are renting from a Landlord if they become disabled or elderly they would have a landlord that would know what to do for them. An excellent program exclusive to this area for now, it would ensure that the future of our area would have landlords properties filled and on waiting lists, instead of renting from landlords that are abusive, losing business from tenant that go to the ones with this certification that would be renewal every year from the DMV Coding on their drivers licenses or state IDs. The H4 coding would be confidential on their licensees just like the H1, the H2-A, the H2-B, the H3, and the H5 which would be the Emergency Contact for police once something happens by prior arrangement to access their household with police in attendance for the care of the Animal, if they go to the hospital and so forth. WE studied this, and it would be very successful in the Housing Authority enforcement of the Reasonable Accommodations to prevent the Escalating costs of Lawsuits that HUD deals with DAILY in our Nation. costing the TAX Payer millions of Dollars every year. .HUD AND HOUSING THINK THEY HAVE HOUSING UNDER CONTROL, far from it.
