NS ARE BACK AT THE TOP OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE TIER B AGAIN! Our NS boys have beaten Terengganu today in their 2nd match against the East Coast team, having lost to them yesterday. In an exciting match at the Kinrara Oval in Puchong today, NS batted first and only managed 150 runs all out, ending their innings early in 29 overs. Notables are Thavanesan Panchalingam 38, Kuventhran Panchalingam 23 and Che Wan Razlan Zalati 18. With a long shot and an uphill task defending a score of 150 runs, NS kept things tight and gave a superb Bowling and Fielding display to limit Terengganus batting and get them 115 runs all out in 36 overs to win the game. Notables are Fauzan Malik 4 wkts for 17 runs, Anuar ARahman 3 wkts for 5 runs along with Azwar Tajiri and Nasiruddin with 1 wkt each for 40 runs and 26 runs respectively. This win catapults the Negeri Sembilan Cricket team back to the TOP OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE with only the last 2 matches vs Sarawak to go next week!
