UN resolution is a suggestion that needs co-operation of both states as a sub caveat for smaller issues . Koffi Anaan and the last UN chief : both have in 2013 and earlier mentioned that Kashmir issue is not subject to any UN charter based on the facts that : 1. Pakistan never withdrew troops within the specified time frame . 2. Pakistan sponsored terrorism and intrusion since 1947 . 3. UN charter is not binding till the time both states are willing . There is NO role of UN in kashmir ..........and if there is :) my two cents are ...................I need the akhand BHARAT ( pre -1947 ) and I need Akshai cheen too :))) Period :)))
