Name: Joshua________ Message: On a recent cruise on the Breeze I had tried to arrange dinner for my wife and I on our balcony. We were refused and there was no flexibility by the ships staff even though we offered to tip the people who would have served us. It was our 10th wedding anniversary so you can see how angry we were by the ship refusing to do this. I know other cruise lines do this so if Carnival charged even to do it they could make money and make passengers happy. Obviously we do not have the staff budgeted to do this or tables that would fit on the balcony but I wondered if dinner on the balcony would be something you would like ? Bit windy I would think but………………….
