Nauru justice system is simply unable to cope with the volume of charges that will follow those accused of rioting, A shocking system is only going to get worse for these men.....all as a result of political decisions made to try and keep politicians in their seats in Australia. The men need pro bono lawyers defending them immediately There are many character witnesses on Nauru who could be called on for so many of the men if there were lawyers there who would be pro-active and represent them in court, but the system is unable to cope.
