New Job Client Accountant - TF/11465 Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Birmingham, England Salary: £23000 - £26000 per annum Greenwellgleeson is currently recruiting for the position of client accountant for a large company in the Birmingham area. Within the roll you will be responsible for maintenance of service charge control documents, compiling invoices into order of service charge transaction listing and obtain copies where necessary. Input service charge expenditure data into initial working template. Matching & verifying purchase invoices to detailed transaction listing, to actively manage any actions required in respect tenant debt working in conjunction with the credit control team and to Produce VAT reports including monthly or quarterly reconciliation and settlement of the VAT account. The successful candidate will have a background in property and client accounting. You will be at least AAT qualified or have obtained a 2.1 degree or higher in a relevant field and studying toward ACCA / CIMA. You must have a high level of attention to detail, want to ensure standards are of the highest quality and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
