New Job Freelance Site Manager Required - Surrey - GM/05154 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Contract Location: Surrey, England Site Manager required to deliver high-end restaurant project in Cobham. This Surrey-based Main Contractor are looking for a Site Manager with experience within the restaurant/retail sector to deliver a £1m fit-out project. This is due to start imminently and will last 10 weeks in total. The project is also part of a framework agreement with a blue-chip client so there will be a high volume of similar work to follow on either a temporary or permanent basis. The role will suit a candidate from a joinery background and will involve high-end finishes. Duties will be those a typical Site Management position and the role will involve reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager. This represents an excellent opportunity to work with a contractor who have built a reputation for delivering successful projects and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients. Rates on offer will be negotiable and will vary dependent on the experience and suitability of the candidate. Ideally the client are looking for a hands-on candidate who understands the requirements of a fast track internals project.
