They are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager preferably with experience of Managing a portfolio of Prime Private Residencies to come on board as their number 1. & in time hopefully set up a team around them. This is the chance for the right Senior Facilities Manager to take charge of the Management of a number of London based Facilities/Properties upon completion of fit-out/refurb contracts completed by this Client. This Senior Facilities Manager must be both strategically & operationally adept & experienced. The reason for this is this senior facilities manager will start off with a handful of properties to manage but the Client will be looking to expand this side of the business. Requirements of the job include - Understanding & experience with all Soft & Hard Services, Managing a portfolio, Accountability reporting, audits, regulations, management of all aspects from M&E to Facades to Joinery, pest control & cleaning.
