Aditi Tandon, New Delhi, January 27 The Congress is all set to promise private sector job reservation to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, going steps ahead of its 2004 LS poll promise of affirmative action for the marginalised sections. The SC/ST input for the Congress Partys Lok Sabha manifesto includes ambitious recommendation- that of a legislation to set aside private sector jobs for SCs and STs in proportion of their population in the country which is 16.2 per cent and 8 per cent respectively........... .......................................
