No matter what has caused your pain or how terrible it was,dont stay in the bondage of hard-heartedness.That will only treat symptoms,not roots of ur pain.It will not protect u from further pain,but it will hinder ur ability to from God.Hard-heartedness is not from God;He created us to hve feelings.Anytime u allow urself to feel,you will be vulnerable to pain,but it will be different when u have Jesus the Healer living inside of you.Anytime u get hurt,He will be right there to take care of the wound.
