Not a plant but was hoping someone can ID this little guy. Its only about 15 long. Found him in my basement. He has some sort of tape really stuck to him. I tried getting it off first with warm water then Qtips and canola oil. It wasnt coming loose and the snake was getting very agitated and bit me so I put him in a container. Im just going to take him to a wildlife rescue tomorrow. I think its an Eastern Rat snake but am not sure. Im in Maryland. No, Im not concerned that its venomous, just curious.
