Not only is this a BRAZEN INJUSTICE to the American voter they have proven themselves to be COWARDS by sending this back to Congress who they know are a do nothing Congress that is Broken & will do nothing so they can blame Congress. But the TRUTH is that the United States Supreme Court has become very Broken themselves & their are changes needed such as TERM LIMITS & Cameras installed so the American Public can view what is going on instead of the Supreme Court acting behind closed doors in Private.
