Not sure if any of the artists who performed tonight in the contest will see this..im hoping they can somehow(dont think but a few of them are on my friends list) but ill say it anyway..if youre not built for the highs and lows of this game,you wont be in it long.alot of people were upset about not winning(understandably so)...but the manner in which they showed their disappointment made me scratch my head.i have to question whether or not if the rules and judging methods were explained to them before hand.for THAT,the organizers have to take responsibility.but through all the turmoil,i did my best to make sure i stayed and took the brunt of the onslaught(which i SHOULDNT have had to do seeing is how it wasnt my event..) i couldve thrown people under the bus but im built to G-UP and face the hostile crowd so thats what i did..long story short..we gotta grow up and take constructive criticism better if we want to have a career in this.because believe me,theres gonna be PLENTY of low points the longer you participate in the music business...that being said..I WONT BE DOIN IT AGAIN..i got a genuine love for the houston rap scene and i wanna see everybody succeed but the truth is..EVERYBODY aint gonna get there..and i saw too many people wearin their feelings on their sleeves because they didnt win.
