Not very original... but trying my first batch of fudge :) 1 bag of milk choc buds 375g 1 tin condensed milk 1 tbsp vanilla essence (BTW is this essential??) 1 tbsp butter 1 small packet of caramel filled easter eggs handful of left over chocolates from Xmas - might whack some desiccated coconut in at the end as I found 4 large pkts in the back of my cupboard LOL! Going with the suggested 45 mins on high - stirring frequently. Also trialling a chicken alfredo dish... 4 chicken breasts 2 celery sticks finely diced 1 onion finely diced 4 cloves garlic finely diced 1 jar Leggos Alfredo sauce (with about 1/2 jar of water) 5 bacon rashers (browned in pan first, plan to pop in the last 30 mins with the mushrooms and broccoli) 10 mushrooms 1 small broccoli head broken into little florets Planning on serving with pasta. Fingers crossed it turns out, smells good so far!
