Now opening a small group with 5 spots available for my Fit For February Fitness Challenge that starts on Monday February 2nd and only lasts 21 days. Any fitness levels are welcome! I will be only taking serious people that really want results with weight loss or toning up! So are you done with EXCUSES? Ready to lose 10-15 pounds or tone up in 21 days? We will be following a very simple plan and you will get the following: --- Color coded meal containers with meal planner --- 6 different 30 min workouts --- One nutritional wellness shake a day (as one of your meals) --- A Private accountability support group --- And Me coaching you to get your results!
