Now that Ive had some time to reflect on my most recent tourney with the IFA Lucas Oil ProAm. I am very thankful for all the support I have recieved by friends, family and sponsors. I had a fish DQd on day one of the event because the tail touched the line. Apparently with the rough ride back 60 miles that fish gained 1/8 and ended up costing me huge in the event.. Nevertheless, I continued to fish on day two and managed two good fish to weight 15.59lbs but not enough to make the top ten cut. Of course I was disappointed with the outcome but as I spent the long ride back home and with some chat with friends I realize that I am truly blessed to even have the opportunity to participate.. With that said.. I would like to that all my friends and family and of course my beautiful wife Amy Withers. As for my sponsors.. I could not do it without you and I thank you very much..
