Nurse D is pretty happy: Hi Ian, I have just finished my uni degree and found out that I will be spending my first grad rotation in Emergency. I have only done a very short placement in an emergency unit and a small hospital not like the major one that I will be doing my grad at. I have heard that the unit are very supportive but would also like to know if you, your colleagues or anyone on the page have any strategies to help me survive and learn as much as possible, or any tips of things I should know before I get there!?
