OK, so now I am even more highly agitated. I carefully chronicled my inaugural cook on my Jumbo Joe, photographing each stage of the prep, capturing the midpoint and finale, and my center-stage close-up. Well, in my inimitable style, I neglected to save before I deleted. The entire project is now a distant memory. But, the celebratory gastronomical extravaganza lives on in my midriff bulge, in the aftertaste of the different rubs that I used, and in the glossy haze of chardonnay. Even if no one knows or sees my accomplishment, I know what I did, and I know what I can do, and thats all that matters. As for the rest of you, you can salivate while I sleep off the stupor of a relatively decent repast done on charcoal .
