OLIVER (A1004529) ****BLIND AND WILL DIE FOR BEING SCARED**** SO FRIGHTENED! Poor little Oliver! At only 10 pounds imagine how he must feel in a big, unfamiliar shelter with so many other frightened dogs. To top it all off he cant see very well. Oliver came in as a stray but the person who brought him in said he loves to play and knows some basic commands, indicating that he had a home at one time. Oliver would love to have a home again but because of his fear issues he has been given a rating of New Hope only. This means that if you want to help him you must start contacting rescues immediately. Oliver is still young at less than 2 years old and with a little love and TLC, the possibilities are endless. Please start contacting rescues immediately and give this little guy the second chance he deserves. You must act now though.
