Oh what a wind! That was one wild drive home from Toronto. A weekend of wild drives. Amazing Canadian Laughter Yoga Conference in Toronto along with a Saturday night date with MB at the Dixie Chicks concert in Hamilton. All fronts were amazing. Having said that the apparent food poisoning (I believe my first experience)I was overcome with after what I had thought was a delicious vegetarian curry lunch @ T.O. restaurant Saturday found me unexpectedly vomiting enroute to Burlington on the QEW followed by, well, you can only imagine. Nurse Maribeth (she really is a nurse thankfully) came to the rescue with TLC & the appropriate medications to make it possibly for me to feel somewhat normal enough to attend the concert. For that I am very grateful. Today was a much more subdued conference experience however exceptional just the same. I am blessed. xo
