Ok. I did this challenge and it was very uncomfortable and to be honest...I hated it...but it dawned on me that however challenging it was for me to breathe after the shock of the cold water, its that much more challenging for Leighton and others struggling with cystic fibrosis to breathe on a daily basis. I got the challenge backward in my dialogue...if you are challenged to do this, you have 24 hours to accept and complete the challenge and you only have to donate $10 to my charity, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
