Ok I normally dont do this, but I am warning everyone to NEVER stay at this particular hotel. Upon arrival, a sweet family with a little girl about Kaylens age, warned us about this horrible hotel. They were getting off the elevator to LEAVE as we were getting on. They said they were so disappointed. First red flag! Secondly, there was not a fridge in our room after we specifically requested one in order to keep Kaylens drinks cold. Anytime we tried talking to the staff, they were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Probably because they are accustomed to the complaints. Thirdly, the rooms were extremely tiny, and the bathrooms were even smaller. Fourthly, the room smelled like mildew. And finally, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they offered government rates but charged us full price instead. They are now refusing to refund our money. Please spread the word and warn your family and friends to NEVER stay here! Ok, vent over....
