Ok Ill leave yall with this post... I have a whole day ahead of me... Its rather long for my taste... Lol but I had to Share!!! The last 7 months have been Life Altering. Everyday has been a battle... Ive lost a lot, but Ive also won some. As you can see the difference in the above photos. I KNOW for a fact that if I had just a little more discipline on the days I gave in... My results would have been drastically different. Its no ones fault but my own. I control Me!! Knowing this and seeing these side by sides just fuels me!!!! Yes... There is a difference in my photos. Im leaner. Im happier. I have more energy. I can do things most people cannot. Ive cut my mileage time down by 6 minutes on an ok day. I can wake up and go. My allergies seize to exist. Whats a headache? .... BUT I WANT MORE.... I will dedicate the rest of this year to double my results!!!!!!! Learn to say No to that Beer, No to that cupcake, No to that ONE taco... Just say No... People may laugh at you... But in the end... Theyll ask to join you!! I surround myself with the most amazing people!! Yall know who yall are !!! I love you!! The only opinion that should matter is your Own opinion of YOURSELF!!
