Ok Im gonna rant! If you dont wanna hear it/read it move on; or unfriend me; or whatever you need to do cause I dont understand. When did being a hard worker, a good provider and a gentleman become negative traits in a male?!? Explanation. Im getting a little extra sleep. I get a call from my boss. One QA had to go to the hospital to get a band aid for her hubbys hurt vagina or something. Anyway not coming in. I was told I had to come in. Important plot point! TOLD I HAD TO, not if you wouldnt mind, not hey do you want to, Xavier we need you to come in cause Jeff cant do it alone. Ive done this job by myself for MONTHS at a damn time, but he cant handle one night? I digress. Heres the best part. Several people are angry that Im working. Ive been told by several people, What the F*** are you doing here? We dont need you here! So I get crapped on cause I get told to come to work? Im confused. Then I find out that several of my fellow QAs have flat out told my boss that if they have to work alone theyll quit. I missed the meeting, or the memo, that told us that we as EMPLOYEES were allowed and encouraged to tell our BOSS what we are and arent going to do! I did it once and got threatened with termination! What did I miss? Im really confused! Then again, maybe its just that I dont have a nice enough ass or big enough tits.
