Ok. Ive been trying to think all day of what I could write about my wife of 25 years and I keep coming back to one irrefutable fact. I love her more today than I ever have. Yes, we have been through our ups and downs, most of them my fault, and ours hasnt been a fairy tale marriage in the least. She has gone through so much for our family including over 14 surgeries for me and multiple for our daughter. But through all of this, and more, she has loved me and our 4 kids with an unwavering love. This last week she had to have surgery to remove a growth. When I was able to finally see her in the recovery room after the surgery, I walked in and saw the love of my life. I know she will laugh but she was more beautiful then, than I can remember. Even with the IV’s and the oxygen tubes she was still the love of my life and I thanked God that she was still with me. I cannot image life without her and pray that I never will. So as we sit at home with her recovering and in pain on this special day, I would not want to be anywhere else in the world than sitting by her side on the couch. I love you Wife, more than words can say! Happy Anniversary!
