Ok Quiche redo. I paid more attention this time! Super easy. Preheat oven to 375. Pie crust in 9" pie pan. Combine 2 sweet italian sausage (skins removed, cooked with about 1/2 c chopped onion) with about 2T of dried parsley (I used italian seasoning). I then put some green veg (I used fine pieces of broccoli this time) so that the top of the sausage was about 2/3 covered. Combine 4 eggs and 2/3c mlk (whisked). Pour over the sausage and veg. I shredded about 1/2 c of pinconning cheese over it (just enough to give it a little flavor) Cook for about 35 minutes or until the crust is done. I thought it was reasonably good and will continue to vary it but wanted to do this starting point.
