Ok. So I was at the VA doing swim therapy today. Im swimming along on my back (because I cant swim face down), get to the end of the pool and turn around. About 20 feet from me I see something at the bottom of the pool, So I make my way there and discover the something - was my swim trunks!!!! Yup! I swam right out of my swim suit. Once you are done laughing keep reading. I huddle in the far corner of the pool (by the way there are 4 other veterans and 2 therapists in the pool too...), trying to put my bathing suit on. Not easy when you cant move your legs and every time I brought a foot up to try and get my suit on, my flotation device (also known as my belly) would zip up to the surface - a position I was trying very much to avoid... Finally I gave in and one of the therapists came over and put my suit back on... Everyone got a good laugh, including me. I just say Im getting to be a darn fast swimmer!!!
