Ok... So heres the deal.. A buddy pressurized the coolant system trying to get those nasty little air bubbles out and still noticed a bubble pop up here or there. We also noticed the radiator fins are very brittle and breaking. I purchased a new rad cap hoping the cap wasnt holding pressure, because coolant is being pushed back into the tank. Now Im really hoping its not the l headgasket but signs point that way.. So Im looking for input! **NOTE** I have no heater core. Scenerios -bad/faulty new tstat? -bad radiator? -bad water pump? -bad or small cracked headgasket? -possible headlift under boost? Symptoms: -Only over heats at WOT/full throttle. -coolant pushes back into tank. - 1or2 air bubble in less than a minute. -no white smoke. -no oil/coolant mixture.
