If you choose to sign up with Body Torque I will sit down with you to discuss what you would like to achieve, set out your nutrition and take your weigh in and measurements to keep you accountable and show your progress along the way. I will set you up over a 4 week period making sure you understand and know how to program your work outs and nutrition inside and outside the gym.
