Ok... so correct me if Im wrong.... But the Customer is Always right....right?? Now.. Im all for All the good works that Goodwill does for every single community!! But when you are shopping for good deals, and you THINK you are paying $3.75 for one item and $4.25 for another item....clearly marked on the rack you picked it from....and you get to the Register and you are charged $7.50 instead of $3.75 and $5.50 instead of $4.25....Would you say something???? Ok....So I said something....and instead of the cashier investigating the situation for you....they just stand their telling you that It must have been put in the wrong place....like it was my fault!! So.....now I am embarrassed as hell, in front of several different customers, so I just take my items, get her name and go to the car and call for a Manager. So, the manager tells me to come back inside so we can talk about it. I go inside, explain my side of the situation and we go to the racks where I picked up the items and she also continues to prove me wrong! Instead of apologizing and trying to make a difference with a dissatisfied customer!!!! Really????? So, I said my PEACE and let her know that I would NEVER give their store my Patronage again!!! By the way....that would be the Goodwill Store on 96!!!!! I have NEVER been so disregarded before in my entire LIFE!!!!!!
