Ok to all my friends and family; my knee surgery is scheduled for Monday, October 21st. I have blood work and a chest xray apointment on October 3rd, and an EKG and general physical on the 10th. These are preliminaries for my surgery. It will be an out patient process. The surgeon told me that I should be up to 80% usage by the end of two weeks and back to 100% at the end of 6 weeks. Finally. Looking to being back to normal. Then back to work on my weight, looking forward to getting back to my boxing training again, only without the roadwork running. :-)
