Okay, what is up with the Richie Incognito talk? Why do we decide that we should go and sign some random guy on the street? Ill explain why its not a smart idea. 1. Remember the reason why he was released. And dont give me the Jonathan Martin is a pussy card. He was a distraction in the locker room and has some issues that he needs to fix. Incognito is the same guy that smashed his own car in a fit of mental breakdown. Chip wouldnt touch him. 2. Conditioning. Incognito is a BIG GUY. Is he even athletic? Not to insult his size or anything but he doesnt seem like a guy that would help us on the field. Experience, maybe. This is a next man up system, it will take a while for him to get the conditioning down. Wade Smith isnt seeing the field because of it but hes more athletic. It would be tough. 3. Matt Tobin. This guy is coming back from a high ankle sprain, and a lot of people, including the coaching staff, is high on him. Why dont we see how he does tomorrow vs SF? Tobin was my favorite reserve lineman in the preseason, so we should wait for him. Why Richie Incognito is brought up, I have no idea. Maybe its because hes a name everyone knows? We should have faith in the reserves and see what happens when Lane comes back next week. I understand that we have 3 guys out, its okay. But lets not push to sign some guy off the street. -D-Paq
