On Dec 27th, 2009, around 9 or 10 pm, I had my lasik eye surgery. The following morning, on my way to a checkup, I told my mom: “Look, the sky is blue!! ” :) .... After 11 years, I was able to see life again in full colors without any barriers! We keep complaining about things we don’t have in life to an extent that we forget about the gifts Allah has bestowed upon us. We take them for granted… Actually, they are not!! Always take time to thank Allah… Even calamities can be gifts when you look at them from different perspective…. Alhamdulillah for everything!!!!
