On Oct. 27, the Houston Judicial Circuit hosted a retirement celebration for Chief Charles Arnold. Chief Arnold retires with 26 years of dedicated service to the state of Georgia and the Department of Corrections Probation division! During the celebration, Chief Arnold was presented with the Alumni Award, Leadership Award, and his retired badge. Marcia McIntyre, Deputy Director of Probation; Scot Mullis, Southwest Area Field Operations Manager; numerous Chief Probation Officers from across the state; Clinton Perry, McEver Probation Detention Center Superintendent; George Nunn, Chief Judge of the Houston Judicial Circuit; George Hartwig, Houston County District Attorney; James Bergman, Chief Parole Officer of the Macon Parole District; representatives from local law enforcement agencies; the Houston County Public Defender’s Office; along with current and past staff of the Houston Judicial Circuit were all in attendance to wish Chief Arnold well on the next chapter in his life! #26years #dedicatedservice
