On Tuesday, November 18th from 9:00am to 1:00pm, the Waterford Senior Center will host its annual Senior Expo! Many health screenings and tests will be available for free or minimal cost including: Weight, BMI, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Bone Density, Immunizations for Flu, Pneumonia, and Shingles (Bring insurance card for immunizations), Hearing screening, Vision screening, Oral cancer screening, Memory screening, Chair massages. Medicare Part D (Prescription Drug) Assistance will also be available from the Area Agency on Aging–1B by appointment only, call: 1-800-803-7174. In addition, many senior housing, home health care, community services and businesses will have booths displaying the products and services they offer seniors that help maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle. The Expo is a fun way to find out about the products and services available in our community! Refreshments and a lunch will be made available for a nominal charge.
