On a flying visit to some Pooja ceremony at various places, including Chhattisgarh-Odisha border we saw about 5 or 6 big pandals with lakhs of spending and worst over, running soap-operas as well as well with late night MODERN vulgar dances as well. But at one place, a small village named TURUNGA (तुरुंगा / ତୁରୁଂଗା), the cultural program did caught me hold of my mind. A beautiful old tradition kept alive - PALA / पाला / ପାଲା ) being served to quite a smaller peaceful audience, in very descent and beautiful manner. Uploading a small clipping of the same. There was no sound amplifier, mic set, or modern sound equipments. Only traditional and natural sound. I am editing a longer version, which will upload on youtube.
