On coming back home from work, my 87 year old mum informed me of a frightening experience that she had today at approx 11am at Alameda House with a couple of apes that were sitting on our balcony, apparently they were about to invade our home when she started screaming and shouting and ended up hurling them a slipper thus frightening them away. A pretty frightful experience for anybody especially for an 87 year old with a heart condition. Obviously no photos/videos are available of this experience, but I would like to say just one thing to the Minister or anyone else responsible for the mismanagement of the apes, that if anything happens to my mum because of the above, I will not be held responsible or accountable for my actions. This aint a cheap threat its an absolute reality - patience is indeed a virtue but it does have its limitations in this case (el que avisa no es traidor) !!!
