On my fourth hour of Dell customer support in 2 days and I believe I have bounced around all over India with very little understanding of what I need or have paid for to this date. All I want is a technician to be at my house on Monday and they speak English. Load an English version of Windows and when I turn it on it is in English. The Indian people are nice and pleasant but when I have to spell Oklahoma I know I have a problem.
