The Austrian High Command has decided on going to war with Serbia to stop Serbian attempts to interfere with the Austrian Province of Bosnia, Austrian Foreign Minister Count Leopold Berchtold has first stated it necessary to prepare Public Opinion that War is Just, and asks his Ambassador to Imperial Germany to find out how Germany would stand. Wilhelm II meeting with the Austrian Ambassador promised to stand by Austria however she decided to deal with the Serbian Viper. And so was born the German Blank Cheque to Austria, and a promise to stand by Austria no matter what she did. With this in mind the Austrian Imperial Government started drafting an Ultimatum to Belgrade that would change the world forever. . .
