Once upon a time,Manchester City were not in a European - TopicsExpress

Once upon a time,Manchester City were not in a European place, but,in order to better their situation, they had to buy, mercenary rejects from,so called, bigger clubs in order to dine at the top table!! Clubs knew we were desperate,so managers like David Moyes and Arsene Wenger, once they had stopped crying, sold us players for above the market value!! Us Blues didnt have a problem with this,as it wasnt our money,we werent in debt and to accumulate, you have to speculate! There was, however, much wailing and gnashing of teeth from our nosy neighbours who said no one wanted to come to Manchester and only did so for our money! Today, news reaches me that 7th placed Man U are in for Chelsea reject Juan Mata! Now I rate him, but, can anyone honestly say hes better than any Manchester City player and remembering that Sergio Aguero,at £38 million,is our record signing? Oh well, what they use in transfer fees, theyll save in wages,as all Man U players play for free and the famous red shirt! FACT!! The whiff of desperation and hypocrisy hangs strongly in the air! Oh and,MCFC OK! ;-)
